- Postcode restrictions may apply, and the next-day delivery option will only appear at checkout if available for your address.
- During peak periods, certain premium or express delivery services might be temporarily unavailable.
- Please note that during particularly busy periods, our pact nutrition team can’t do anything about third party delays.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over £20! Enjoy quick and reliable delivery at no extra cost when you meet the minimum order value. Simply add items to your basket, and free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and the name of the courier. Simply enter the tracking number on the courier’s website for updates and an accurate delivery estimate.

Yes, our pouches are designed to be letterbox-friendly! However, if you order more, the package might be sent as a small parcel that won’t fit through the letterbox. Typically, up to 4 pouches will fit with no issues.
For 90% of orders we typically use Royal Mail, but depending on the size or value of your order, we may use alternative couriers like DPD, DHL, or FedEx.
If you're not at home during delivery, one of our couriers will either leave the package in a safe place or attempt to re-deliver at a later time. You may also receive a card with instructions for re-arranging delivery or collecting your parcel from a nearby depot.
